1. Minimalist Theme

This is my personal favorite type of home screen theme. I like to keep things simple and clean, without any clutter. A minimalist home screen will usually have a light or white background with black or dark icons. This type of theme is perfect for those who want a sleek and professional-looking home screen. The only real draw back is that you don’t have the distinct color separation across your apps, so it can take a little longer to actually figure out which is the right app you need to be selecting.

2. Cyber Neon Theme

Pretty funky. This is my other go-to theme for when I want something that is a little more fun and different. A cyber neon theme usually has a bright background with neon icons that give that glowing look. Overall this is a great choice for those who want their home screen to stand out from the rest and have the phone really jump out. The only downside is that it can be quite ’loud’ in terms of looking at doesn’t always present the most professional look if you were to use your phone in a workplace environment.

3. Nature Theme

Bring the beauty of nature right to your home screen. If you are someone who loves nature, then this type of theme is perfect for the more relaxing moments when you are using your iPhone. A nature theme will typically have an image of a landscape or nature scene as the background with natural-looking icons. Expect lots of shades of Green incorporated into the homescreen and icons. These tend to be some of my favorites looking home screens, for sure.

4. Pastel Theme

A pastel theme is perfect for those who want something that is both aesthetically pleasing and calming. This type of theme usually has a light background with pastel-colored icons. This is a sound option for those who want their home screen to be both pretty and relaxing. Plus, they don’t tend to be too overpowering in terms of color choice either, and generally looks great, and is easy to discern all the different apps from one another as you have plenty of color options to work with.

5. Dark Theme

For those who want their home screen to have a more dramatic look - and usually has a bit of a minimalist edge to them. If you are someone who prefers a more dark and moody aesthetic, then a dark theme is the way to go (perfect for those who go ‘dark mode’ everything no matter what time of the day - I’ll definitely hold my hand up to that one). This type of theme usually has a black or dark background with light or white buttons to provide contrast.

6. Monochrome Theme

A minimalist monochrome theme is perfect for those who want a sleek and sophisticated look for their home screen. Usually, they experiment with shades of Black, White, and Grey and can offer a nice contrast. They can look pretty sleek, again though I run into trouble of not immediately recognizing the right app - but if you layout your buttons correctly, it can look fantastic and be practical as well.

7. Anime Theme

For the anime lovers out there, an anime theme is the way to go. This type of theme will usually have a colorful background with anime-styled app icons. This is a great way to show off your love for anime while also having a super visually stunning home screen. You can take it a step further and just have it as your favorite anime show, rather than as a collective. For me it would be a full on Dragon Ball type look.

8. Cloud Aesthetic Theme

If you are looking for a theme that is both aesthetically pleasing and calming, then a cloud aesthetic theme is a lovely choice. This type of theme usually has a light blue or white background with cloud-like icons. Generally, it’s a relaxing type look for the overall relaxing theme and is generally a blue type aspect to the nature theme (Green to Blue).

9. Black and White Theme

Pretty much monochrome without the grey. A black and white theme is perfect for those who want a sleek and sophisticated look for their home screen. This type of theme usually has a black and white color scheme with either all Black or all White icons. I think this looks really good when you have a White iPhone or Black iPhone case as well, as it makes the whole look rather seamless - it helps provide a complete contrast amongst the phones.

10. Glitch Theme

It gives me the CyberPunk 2077 vibes. For those who want their home screen to have a more edgy and alternative look, then a glitch theme is the way to go. Typically this aesthetic has a colorful or dark background with glitchy or distorted icons.

11. Art Deco Theme

For those who want their home screen to have a more vintage look, then an art deco theme is the way to go. Usually this home screen look has a colorful or light background with art deco-inspired apps. There are not many though, that I have come across - so on the look out - let us know if you see any and I’ll be sure to include it on the list.

12. Geometric Theme

Geometric themes offer both aesthetically pleasing and unique iPhone homescreen. This type of theme usually has a colorful or light background with geometric-shaped icons. This is a great option for those who want their home screen to look both appealing and unique. Essentially, you want a phone that you enjoy using, and getting a theme like this goes a long way to achieving just that.

13. Fall Theme

Who doesn’t want their home screen to have a more cozy and autumnal look? That’s of course a rhetorical question - and a fall theme is the way to go. This type of theme usually has a dark or light background with fall-themed icons. This is a great way to show off your love for all things autumn - expect a nice combination of Browns and Oranges at play.

14. Winter Theme

If you are looking for a winter-themed home screen, then this is the perfect option for you. This theme includes a beautiful wallpaper of a snowy landscape and cute little animals. The icons are also winter-themed and include snowflakes, icicles, and more.

15. Floral Theme

This is a gorgeous floral-themed home screen that would be perfect for spring or summer (and somewhat piggy back’s off the nature theme we mentioned above). The wallpaper will typically be a range of flowers, and the icons are also floral-themed. This theme would be perfect for anyone who loves flowers or nature.

16. Beige Theme

This beige theme is perfect for those who want a more sophisticated and classy look for their home screen. To achieve this look, you will need to use a light beige wallpaper and place icons that are either in white or have pastel colors.

17. Blue Theme

A blue aesthetic theme is ideal for those who want a clean and simple look for their home screen. This can be accomplished by using a light blue wallpaper and adding some blue app icons. You can also use white or grey app icons with a blue background to create a more modern look. If you have a light blue backdrop for your phone as well, this would work seamlessly.

18. Ocean Aesthetic Theme

A bit of an extension of the Blue theme above - but incorporating nature into it - with the Ocean and Sea. If you love the ocean, then you might want to consider an ocean-themed home screen. This can be done by finding a wallpaper that features the ocean or even better, a photo that you took yourself. To complete the look, add some app icons that are inspired by the sea such as a waves icon or a dolphin icon. You could even opt for a phone case to match.

19. “Too Cute” Aesthetic Theme

For those who want something that is both adorable and chic, this too cute aesthetic theme might be perfect for you. You can try something that features a clean White background or Pink with colorful app icons. The overall look is very modern and stylish.

20. Rainy Cafe Theme

If you are someone who loves spending time in cafes, then this rainy cafe theme will definitely appeal to you. This home screen look is perfect for creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The icons are kept simple and the colors are muted.

21. Sleek Theme

The sleek theme is perfect for those who want a sophisticated and stylish home screen. The colors are kept simple and elegant, and the icons are also very sleek and classic-looking. This is definitely a great choice for anyone who wants a timeless look.

22. Brown Theme

This is a really great theme if you want to make your home screen look earthy and natural. To achieve this look, you will need to use a brown or beige wallpaper and then choose icons that are either brown or a similar color. I think this would look great with a wooden home screen dock. There are a bunch of icon packs out there that ofen come with widget and wallpapers made up in the same general theme too to check out (both paid and free options out there).

23. Cute Theme

This theme is perfect for those who want their home screen to look cute and girly. They tend to use a pastel color scheme and includes some adorable wallpapers and app icons. Then there are a range of characters and emojis. I love some of the ones where they pair it up with the iPhone’s actual case as well.

24. Matcha Theme

I love this general theme. Matching Matcha tea which is something I am passionate about. This light Green color can be used for a range of different aesthetics. Generally they have a ‘baby’ green look to into and you can take it a step further with getting the Green app icons to match.
